This 4-day course and prepares participants to deliver the Emergency Management Institute's Incident Command System curricula. While ICS 100 and 200 courses are addressed, the major emphasis is on ICS 300 and 400.

Signup Details
Applicants should submit scanned copies of all prerequisite Certificates of Completions for IS courses, FEMA General Application and completed DEMA Instructor Applications to the DEMA Training Branch, via e-mail at training@azdema.gov OR
fax 602-464-6206. All prerequisite documents must be submitted at before enrollment can be confirmed. Once we are in receipt of your prerequisite documentation and have verified your eligibility to attend, participants will be sent an enrollment confirmation via email from the system. *Enrollment Policy: Students must have the status of “Enrolled” to attend any class or event. Students who are “Waitlisted” or “Pending Approval” will not be allowed to attend the class. If a student needs to cancel enrollment, please do so as early as possible to allow someone on the waitlist to be enrolled.

*Attendance Policy: Students must attend at least 90% of the class to be able to receive credit. Should a student need to miss any portion of the class, they must contact the DEMA Training Branch beforehand for further information. *This course qualifies for AZ POST continuing training credit. If you are a Law Enforcement Branch & would like to request a POST Certificate, contact the DEMA Training Branch at training@azdema.gov
or 602-464-6225 once you have successfully completed this course.
